Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Advantage Realtors offers a unique to the industry Part Time Agent Program. We understand that lots of people would love to either supplement their current income with a few real estate transactions a year, or would like to move their career into a full time real state position but can’t afford to quit their job cold turkey and take the plunge.
Most real estate companies would let agents in these categories simply whither on the vine and move on. At Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Advantage Realtors, we like part time agents and have created a system that will help them meet their goals. Your actual “in office” time will be minimal, with meetings structured in the evenings or weekends for your convenience. We’ll help you set up realistic client follow up methods and show you how to utilize your free agent website to build a clientele.
Here’s a “bare bones” outline of what you can expect:
2 Hour Orientation Course
Complete 2 assigned online training courses from the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Advantage LearnCenter per month.
Weekend Desk Duty (2 Slots Per Month)
Monthly evening sales meeting (1 Hour for legal updates and coaching. Attendance required for 6 meetings over a 12 month period)
*Naturally part time agents are encouraged to attend regular sales meetings and training sessions if possible.*
We’ll team you with an experienced agent for your first few deals to help you get past the “bumps and butterflies.” This will provide you invaluable experience and help ensure that all of your hard work will be rewarded with a commission check.
